Anyone can stuff information into their brain,
just go to the library… Personally, I like to see people's eye light up. I like to raise impassioned discussions, I like to hear people laugh and discuss the topic with passion.
To grow it is necessary to leave a little your comfort zone.
By using various techniques, it is possible to understand better and to remember more accurately. Beyond my teaching knowledge as university professor, I like to create an environment favourable with the training. I like to maintain a high energy level and to keep the contact for the very important follow-up.
As much as possible, I build trainings so that it is possible to reflect on the spot on the knowledge learned. I try to make it possible to take decisions on how to apply this new knowledge.
Whether it is for 3 hours or three days….
